We process identification and contact data (name, email, phone, company), transactional data (products, amounts, invoicing and payments), technical data (IP address, cookie identifiers) and communications. Purposes and legal bases:

• Handling enquiries, support and requests (forms, email, phone). Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and organisational legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) to manage requests initiated by the User.

• Management of the commercial and contractual relationship (orders, deliveries, warranties, RMA, invoicing, accounting). Legal basis: performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (tax/commercial) (art. 6.1.c).

• Commercial communications about our own products/services, events or news. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a). For existing customers, art. 21.2 LSSI may apply (commercial communications about similar products/services, with the option to opt out in each message).

• Website security, fraud prevention and service improvement (logs, basic anonymised or aggregated analytics). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

We will retain the data throughout the relationship with the User/customer and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law (e.g. tax and commercial, up to 6 years). Data used for commercial communications will be retained until you withdraw your consent or object.

Data may be accessed by providers rendering services to BOMEDIA (hosting, maintenance, CRM, email marketing, logistics/shipping, POS/payment gateway, technical support), acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless required by law.

If any provider is located outside the EEA, an adequate level of protection will be ensured through adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (art. 46 GDPR). You can request additional information at info@bomedia.net.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by sending a request to info@bomedia.net, attaching a copy of an identification document. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.

We do not direct our services to children under 14. If a registration with minors' data is detected, it will be deleted.

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk (access control, encryption/SSL, backups, incident and vulnerability management).

We reserve the right to modify this policy to reflect changes in regulations or processing. The current versions will be available on the Website.
